All products sold by Peppy&Me are intended solely for qualified laboratory research purposes. These products are not drugs, are not medicines, and have not been approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

These products are NOT for human consumption, are NOT for veterinary use, and are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are a qualified researcher purchasing these products solely for laboratory research purposes and that you will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of these products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Peppy&Me. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution;
• You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use the products in your jurisdiction;
• The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or cancel orders that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Peppy&Me products or this website for any of the following purposes:

• Human or veterinary consumption, administration, or treatment of any kind;
• Any purpose that violates applicable federal, state, or local law;
• Resale to individuals who do not acknowledge research-use-only intent;
• Any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive purpose;
• Promotion of products for human or animal use in any marketing, social media, or public communication.

Violation of these prohibited uses will result in immediate order cancellation, account termination, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Peppy&Me. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability;
• Errors in product or pricing information;
• Failure to meet eligibility requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent or prohibited use;
• Shipping restrictions to your location.

An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the order is shipped.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing; however, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. The final order total is displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Payment options currently include Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and card payment through Peppy&Me's QuickBooks-hosted payment flow. Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo are manual payment methods; orders using them remain on hold until payment is received and confirmed. A 3% card-processing fee applies to QuickBooks-hosted card payments, is disclosed in the checkout total before payment, and is non-refundable. Card details are entered in the hosted payment environment and Peppy&Me does not store complete card details.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

9.9 Lucky Spin Promotion

The 9.9 Lucky Spin promotion is scheduled for September 9, 2026, Pacific Time, only while enabled by Peppy&Me. One verified email address may receive one server-authoritative spin during the campaign window. Every eligible spin receives one displayed prize, subject to product eligibility, availability, and these terms.

The prize inventory is structured as follows: 20%, 25%, and 30% prizes have unlimited inventory; each 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, 70%, and 80% prize is available once; and ten 90% prizes are available. Limited prizes are removed from the draw when claimed.

The 90%-off prize is available only for eligible merchandise carts with an eligible subtotal strictly under $150.00, with maximum savings of $135.00. The eligible subtotal and prize are calculated from the server-authoritative cart snapshot captured at the time of the spin. Lucky Spin discounts do not stack with other coupons, bulk pricing, cashback, or automatic promotions. Each issued coupon is single-use, restricted to the verified email, and expires at the time shown at checkout.

Peppy&Me may refuse, cancel, or invalidate a spin, coupon, or order for suspected fraud, duplicate use, changed cart contents, unavailable products, failure to meet research-use or age requirements, or other violation of these Terms. Promotion availability does not change the research-use-only requirements above.

Shipping

We ship via USPS and UPS. Available shipping methods and applicable rates are displayed at checkout. Orders received and successfully ready for fulfillment by 4:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Saturday are typically processed and handed off to the carrier the same business day.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders with a post-discount merchandise total of $200 or more using USPS Ground Advantage. International shipping is available to eligible destinations where permitted. The current checkout configuration uses USPS Priority Mail International with a $65.00 charge where applicable and an estimated 6–10 business day transit time from dispatch. Available services, rates, destination eligibility, and estimates are shown at checkout. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations. The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with applicable import laws and payment of duties or taxes.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days from the carrier-recorded delivery date when unused, unopened, in original condition and packaging, and sealed with tamper-evident seals intact. There is no restocking fee and Peppy&Me does not offer exchanges. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever technically possible: the same card or original card transaction for card purchases, Zelle for Zelle purchases, Cash App for Cash App purchases, and Venmo for Venmo purchases. If the original method cannot receive the refund, an alternative method may be agreed in writing. For approved ordinary returns, the 3% card-processing fee is non-refundable. To initiate a return, contact us at support@peppyandme.com before shipping any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the design of the site, is the property of Peppy&Me or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peppy&Me, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

By purchasing from Peppy&Me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these limitations.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
