Introduction

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Peppy&Me Affiliate Program, a Nevada limited liability company. By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms supplement and are subject to Peppy&Me's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict, these Affiliate Terms shall control with respect to the Affiliate Program.

GoAffPro Enrollment

The Peppy&Me Affiliate Program is administered through GoAffPro. To participate, you must:

1. Submit a pre-application through the Peppy&Me website;
2. Receive approval from Peppy&Me;
3. Complete registration through the official GoAffPro affiliate portal at the link provided upon approval.

Submission of a pre-application does not constitute enrollment in the Affiliate Program. Enrollment is only complete upon approval by Peppy&Me and completion of GoAffPro registration.

Application and Approval

Peppy&Me reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Criteria considered during review may include, but are not limited to:

• Content quality, audience alignment, and platform suitability;
• Compliance with research-use-only positioning requirements;
• Absence of prohibited content or promotional practices;
• Applicant's ability to comply with FTC disclosure requirements;
• Applicant's age (must be 21 or older).

Approval may be revoked at any time if an affiliate fails to maintain these standards.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Approved affiliates are responsible for:

• Accurately representing Peppy&Me products as laboratory research materials only;
• Including clear and conspicuous FTC-compliant disclosures in all promotional content;
• Maintaining content standards consistent with Peppy&Me's brand and research-use positioning;
• Not making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Peppy&Me products;
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction;
• Keeping their GoAffPro account information accurate and up to date;
• Reporting any potential compliance issues to Peppy&Me promptly.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of pending commissions:

• Promoting Peppy&Me products for human or animal use, dosing, administration, supplementation, or therapeutic purposes;
• Making medical, health, or therapeutic claims about any product;
• Targeting minors or audiences under the age of 21;
• Using spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive advertising practices;
• Bidding on Peppy&Me branded keywords in a manner that competes with Peppy&Me's own advertising;
• Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements;
• Misrepresenting the affiliate relationship or commission structure;
• Using Peppy&Me intellectual property without prior written authorization;
• Any activity that violates applicable law or Peppy&Me's Terms of Service.

Commission Rules

Commission rates, cookie windows, and tracking parameters are set and controlled through the GoAffPro affiliate dashboard. Current commission structures are displayed within the affiliate portal after enrollment.

Peppy&Me reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with notice provided through the affiliate portal. Commissions are earned only on qualifying purchases made through valid tracked affiliate links.

Commissions are not earned on: • Orders that are cancelled, returned, or charged back; • Purchases made by the affiliate themselves; • Orders that do not meet minimum qualifying purchase thresholds as set in the affiliate portal.

Payout Terms

Payout schedules, minimum thresholds, and payment methods are managed through the GoAffPro platform and are displayed in the affiliate portal. Peppy&Me reserves the right to hold or delay payouts pending investigation of potential fraud or policy violations.

Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes on commissions earned. Peppy&Me may be required to collect tax information before processing payouts above applicable thresholds.

Intellectual Property

Peppy&Me grants approved affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved Peppy&Me brand assets, including the Peppy&Me name and approved logos, solely for the purpose of promoting the Affiliate Program in accordance with these Terms.

You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of Peppy&Me brand assets. You may not use Peppy&Me intellectual property in any way that implies endorsement of content not authorized by Peppy&Me, or in any way that violates applicable law.

FTC Disclosure Requirements

All affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with Peppy&Me in any content where they promote Peppy&Me products or earn a commission. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, blog articles, videos, emails, and any other promotional material.

Acceptable disclosures include clear statements such as "Affiliate Link," "I earn a commission on purchases made through this link," or "#ad" where required by platform guidelines. Disclosures must be placed prominently and must not be buried in fine print or obscured by other content.

Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements may result in immediate termination of affiliate status.

Research-Use and Marketing Restrictions

All affiliate marketing content must represent Peppy&Me products as laboratory research materials only. Affiliates may not:

• Use language that implies, suggests, or promotes human or animal use, health benefits, treatment, administration, or therapeutic outcomes;
• Target audiences seeking health, wellness, fitness, bodybuilding, anti-aging, or similar consumer use contexts;
• Make claims not supported by Peppy&Me's published product descriptions and analytical documentation;
• Reference personal use, personal experience with product effects, or first-person accounts of product use.

Content that violates these restrictions will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time by providing notice. Peppy&Me may terminate affiliate status immediately and without prior notice for violation of any provision of these Terms, Peppy&Me's Terms of Service, or applicable law.

Upon termination: • The affiliate's right to use Peppy&Me brand assets immediately ceases; • All affiliate links must be removed from the affiliate's content; • Pending commissions that have not been earned pursuant to these Terms will be forfeited; • Commissions that have been properly earned prior to termination will be paid pursuant to the normal payout schedule.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peppy&Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Our total liability to any affiliate for any claim related to the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to that affiliate in the 90 days preceding the claim.

Modifications

Peppy&Me reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the affiliate portal or via email. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
