Return & Refund Policy
At Peppy&Me, we believe confidence matters. That is why we offer a 30-Day Guaranteed Refund on eligible orders that are returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
1. Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date the order is marked delivered. To qualify, the item must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original sealed packaging
- Returned in the same condition it was received
Eligible returns that meet these requirements may be approved for a refund without additional explanation from the customer.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For quality control, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Any item that has been opened, unsealed, used, or altered
- Any item with broken protective seals or damaged packaging
- Items returned incomplete, tampered with, or not in resellable condition
- Orders damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or customer negligence after delivery
- Clearance items, final sale items, promotional freebies, or gift items
- Orders returned without prior authorization from our team
3. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after the 30-day window may be denied at our sole discretion.
Return shipping must be initiated promptly once return instructions are issued. Approved returns that are not shipped back within the timeframe provided may be canceled.
4. Return Approval Required
Although eligible unopened and unused products may qualify for our 30-day guarantee, all returns must still be reviewed and authorized by Peppy&Me first.
Packages sent back without authorization, sent to the wrong address, or refused by the customer without coordination may not qualify for refund.
5. Condition Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Peppy&Me reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a returned item meets eligibility requirements.
If a returned item is found to be opened, used, damaged, tampered with, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible, the refund may be denied fully or partially.
6. Refund Amounts
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Any payment processing fees, route protection fees, taxes, duties, or similar third-party charges may be non-refundable where permitted
7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package, shipping label, and contents.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to review and resolve the issue.
8. Shipping Issues & Delivery Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays, transit interruptions, customs processing, weather events, stolen packages, or delivery issues outside our control are not grounds for automatic refund.
We will still do our best to assist, but resolution may depend on carrier findings, route protection coverage, address accuracy, and claim eligibility.
9. Refused Packages / Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer are not guaranteed refundable
- Refused deliveries or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping, restocking, and handling deductions
- If a package is abandoned, destroyed, or not successfully returned to us, refund may be denied
10. Abuse Prevention
Peppy&Me reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, replacements, or future orders in cases involving suspected abuse, excessive claims, policy manipulation, suspicious activity, chargeback misuse, or attempts to return ineligible items.
We also reserve the right to limit or refuse service to anyone where necessary to protect the business, our team, and our customers.
11. Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can help resolve concerns directly. Filing a chargeback after receiving a valid order, or while a return request is already under review, may delay resolution and may result in supporting evidence being submitted to the payment processor.
12. How to Request a Return
Please contact our team with the following:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email used for the purchase
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item if requested by our team
Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Do not send items back without written authorization.
