Semax

Semax peptides, a synthetic analog of ACTH(4-10) with the sequence Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, exert effects in laboratory models by modulating key neurotrophic pathways, particularly through upregulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and its receptor trkB in regions such as the hippocampus and frontal cortex.
