Welcome to the Peppy & Me Affiliate Program. By signing up and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your participation in the program and your use of affiliate links provided through GoAffPro.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enroll in or continue participating in the affiliate program.
Enrollment in the Program
To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration process through our official affiliate portal powered by GoAffPro.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account details up to date.
Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you agree to:
Promote our products ethically and legally.
Use only the approved affiliate links provided through the affiliate dashboard.
Ensure that all promotional materials are truthful and not misleading.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines in your country or region.
Affiliates may not make medical claims, exaggerated results, or unverified statements regarding our products.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
False or misleading advertising
Making medical or therapeutic claims
Spamming (email, comments, forums, social media DMs, etc.)
Bidding on our brand name or variations in paid ads without written permission
Using unauthorized coupon codes
Self-referrals or fraudulent purchases
Cookie stuffing or artificial traffic generation
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions based on valid purchases made through their unique referral link.
A commission is considered valid when:
The order is successfully completed
Payment has been fully processed
The refund period has passed
We reserve the right to adjust commission rates at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the affiliate dashboard.
Payout Terms
Commissions are paid out according to the schedule listed in the affiliate dashboard.
Minimum payout thresholds may apply. Payments will only be issued after the applicable holding period to account for refunds, chargebacks, or disputes.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. We are not responsible for payment delays due to incorrect information.
Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials, logos, and banners solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
You may not modify, alter, or misuse our branding assets without prior written consent.
All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Peppy & Me.
Compliance & Product Disclaimer
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting our products, in accordance with FTC guidelines and local advertising laws.
Our products are intended for research and educational purposes only. Affiliates may not promote products as approved for medical use unless officially stated by us.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with platform policies and applicable laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that the affiliate has violated these terms.
Upon termination:
Affiliate links may be deactivated immediately.
Pending commissions may be withheld if violations occurred.
Access to the affiliate dashboard may be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate program.
We make no guarantees regarding the amount of income affiliates may earn.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
