Refund Policy

Important Notice
Due to the nature of research chemicals and the strict quality control requirements for laboratory use, all sales are final. We can only accept refunds and returns on chemical products that is in its original and unopened packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the refund and return policy applies.
Lab Supplies & Equipment
Unopened lab supplies (vials, syringes, cannulas, etc.) may be returned within 14 days for a refund. Items must be in original, unopened packaging.
How to Request a Refund
For refund inquiries, please email support@peppyandme.com with your order number and reason for the request within 30 day upon receiving your order. Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours.
