4. Order Acceptance

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. A 3% service fee is applied to all orders at checkout. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Limitation of Liability
PeppyAndMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
