What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A Certificate of Analysis is an independent third-party laboratory report documenting the analytical results for a specific production lot of a compound. Each COA includes the lot number, product name, strength, test methods, and results for panels such as purity (RP-HPLC), identity (ESI-MS), and additional tests performed for that lot. Peppy&Me publishes lot-specific COAs publicly in our COA Vault.

How do I find the COA for my product?

Locate the lot number printed on your vial label, then visit our COA Vault at peppyandme.com/coa and search by lot number or product name. You can download the PDF report or view the results directly on the page.

Are all products tested?

Yes. Every product lot we sell has been tested at an independent accredited laboratory before or at the time of listing. Testing panels vary by compound and may include purity, identity, net content, sterility, and endotoxin testing where appropriate. Results are published publicly for each lot.

Which laboratories test Peppy&Me products?

All Peppy&Me testing is performed by independent accredited third-party laboratories. We do not conduct in-house testing.

What is the purity standard for your products?

We target ≥99% purity by RP-HPLC for our products. The exact purity result for each lot is published in the lot-specific COA. Peppy&Me does not guarantee a universal purity floor across all compounds, as results are lot-specific.

Can I use your products for personal health or medical purposes?

No. Peppy&Me products are sold strictly for qualified laboratory research. They are not to be used for any human or veterinary application, including personal health, supplementation, or medical treatment. Using our products outside of laboratory research is a violation of our Terms of Service.

How do I place an order?

Browse our Shop, select your compound and strength, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be required to confirm research-use intent and meet our age and eligibility requirements during checkout.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo (no added fee), as well as card-based Secure Invoice payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (3% processing fee applies). ACH/eDebit and cryptocurrency are also supported. All payments are processed securely. We do not store full card details.

Yes. All payment processing is handled through PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How long does order processing take?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends are processed the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Yes. We ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Expedited® at a flat rate of $25.00. Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days from dispatch — please allow up to 15 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local regulations. The buyer is responsible for compliance with local laws and any customs fees. We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by customs.

Opened products, products with broken tamper seals, perishable or temperature-sensitive items that have been removed from cold storage, and custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.
